It's like a 7 year old wrote in out

There are no pictures in this book. It's like a 7 year old wrote it out, on the computer in one day, slapped a fun cover on it and called it a book. We love you Stamps, but this is really disappointing, shows no effort and makes me think you are out just to make a quick buck and not produce a quality product.

Not as interesting as I hoped it would be for my new reader.

Do not waste your money on this. It was badly written, each chapter was a few paragraphs long, and my kid read it in less than ten minutes and said it wasn't very interesting. I think she expected it to be like the Wimpy Kid series since they totally ripped off the whole book design to try to get kids to read it. What a scam.

My first sea world adventure and looking forward to the next book in the trilogy

I've read lots of amazing stories filled with action over the years, but this was my first book about a boy that undertakes an unforgettable adventure in the sea world.

Even though I couldn't escape the impression it's been written with children in mind at first, I found myself thoroughly enjoying it and there's no doubt I will be picking up the next two books of this trilogy.

Andee is an interesting protagonist and it was fun to read about his struggle to accept the fact he'd been chosen as a guardian of the seas, all the while trying to find his missing parents. However, he's not alone, as he is accompanied by dolphins - quite possibly his best friends - and all kinds of other interesting animals.

No matter if you're reading this book for yourself or to a child, I can assure you that you'll grow to love it. Time to get the second book, then!

Amazing!

A amazing tale of a what I'd love to think of as a young 'aquaman'. Andee has many amazing adventures and feats, and I certainly loved the Wise White Dolphin, the Lost City and then the Black Sea and another amazing city. A great read for anyone, although I know many children will love this, along with older people as I loved it and am certainly no child. A story about family, friendship and kindness, all the things children need. A wonderful read that I'd recommend! Not to mention the young love, but I won't spoil it!

Amazing underwater adventure

I'm writer for children with long term experience and I'd like to express my fascination for this book.

At first sight, the title and the cover photo have attracted my attention. I was thinking, I'll buy this book for my nine year old nephew who loves the underwater adventures. Now we enjoy the adventures of a brave Andee.

The Crow's Nest - A Fantastic Book

What did you like best about this story?

The best part of the story is that it is set in the year 2049 after Global warming has devastated the large costal cities of the world.

Which character as performed by Becky Parker was your favorite?

My favorite character was the young girl, Sara. On the one hand she seems innocent, but, on the other hand, she is quite adventurous as she shares a futuristic odyssey with her brother Will.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The part of the book, I liked, is at the very end, when we find out (fifty years later), how the story eventually unfolded For example, we learn that Sara and Will's mother found her true love.

Any additional comments?

The Crow's Nest Review: The hallmark of any good book is the book's ability to vividly transport the reader into the world of the characters - ie as if the reader was actually there. The Crow's Nest is such a book and is a lot of fun for the reader. Each step of the journey, is a feast for reader, rich in description and imagination.I highly recommend The Crow's Nest. Charles Parker has written an engaging story and Becky Parker (his daughter) provides voice narration that's flawless. The characters come alive and each voice is distinct.
