One last Halloween treat, just for you! We close out spooky season with a discussion on 2009's The Collector. Man, what were they trying to do here? Is it a heist movie? A horror movie? A (pretty good) slapstick comedy? I guess there's something in this one for everybody. Shoutout Shreveport, Shout out Hurricane Chris. 

Our October weekly releases continue, this week with 2014's The Taking of Deborah Logan! What an absolutely reckless depiction of both physical and mental health issues. Did you know spitting snake venom and teleporting are symptom's of Alzhiemer's? They're not, but no one tell this movie that!

This week we discuss Wes Craven's 1977 thriller The Hills Have Eyes. Is this even a horror movie? We're not sure. This entire movie could've been avoided the family had just stayed on the main road. Nick had no issue with them going exploring, even though that got half the family killed by mutants? Cannibals? Maybe they were just people, and we were the real monsters all along... also there's a baby that gets kidnapped. Fun!

For our first review we start with an undisputed classic, John Carpenter's game changing film Halloween. Ash and Zannie have 101 problems with how the sheriff did his job in this movie, questions about how Laurie took a nap after seeing Michael Myers 3 times (3 times!), and Nick explains that white people's favorite thing to do is dress up as someone other than themselves. Damn.
