Highly recommend this book
I have had a long interest in meditation but have never taken action until purchasing this book. I am glad I chose this particular one to begin my journey. The comprehensive list of benefits of meditation was an eye opener for me and only furthered my interest in the subject. The fact that meditation regulates mood and anxiety disorders is exciting to me. I like the idea of being able to handle my surroundings without becoming overwhelmed by anxiety. I also had no idea about the different types of meditation available to beginners. I am excited to try them and see what works for me. I would recommend this book to anyone who has been interested in meditation and has taken a step yet- this book provides the perfect first step.

Great book
What I loved about this book was that it did not just go after the beginner or advanced, but both people. I have been meditating on and off for quite some time now and always looking for new ways to increase my skills. I am more of a beginner, so this guide brought back the fundamentals and also touched on some more advanced techniques.
