I personally have some wrong connotations about Meditation and I was skeptical to even dig deeper on my knowing about this because I basically don't believe it. Until I encounter this wonderful book where everything, from the basics was explained and expounded well by the author.
Stress is very prevalent nowadays and has become one of the many reasons of sickness and infirmities. That is why it's very important to understand the importance of meditation that will lessen and relieve stress. I find this book very helpful, because the author was able to point readers into practical and valuable information about meditating even during a day to day activity. The author also ststed the amazing benefits of meditation in a person's life which is why I was convinced to give a try on weekends.
I recommend this book to anyone who looks for a peace of mind.

I have read several books on meditation, and this is definitely one of the best, if not the best one.
Most meditation books just talk about the benefits of meditation, and then they give you some techniques on how to practice "sitting still in silence" meditation and that's it.
