Not super detailed, but a good start

It's what it says on the box, it's a basic summary of the way bonds work. The structure and common pitfalls. The endlessly confusing inverse link between price and interest was explained.

It's US centric, but I'll hardly fault him that, just be aware that it's not as useful for people outside the US.

I like that the author didn't veer off into peculiar political ranting, as some books about finance tend to do these days. This is almost a beginners introductory textbool and delivered. Worth its low price.

Major amount of great advice. Enjoyed that the Naration is also the author. I listened as I walked my dogs each day, so now need to go back through at a time I can also take notes.

Don't buy this book! a workbook download is referred to throughout the audio, but the workbook does not exist. I even tried to contact Harry S, Dent at his website and no one could help me, they could not find a workbook for this audible book and you need it to follow a long. What a waste of money.

Very useful as a jumpstart

The average person though will engage in real estate at some point in their life - be it to rent , lease or buy, and the tips that are in this book gives the average person a little background on what to expect in real estate dealings.

I found the writing and examples very easy to understand and a few mysteries were cleared up. The tone was very friendly and positive. For those who would consider entering into the real estate business, I think this book would be very helpful in getting them started.

Allot of really good information!

This book gave me allot to think about, I love how the author gives examples of the math involved but keeps the descriptions straight forward and easy to understand. The end gives an example paperwork one would see with the type of property investment he recommends. I would have never considered investing in real estate before reading this book.

Hammock Income

Recently I had the chance to review the Kindle Edition of Hammock Income, How to have your money work best for you through private real estate investment. Much of this I already knew, but for someone who is new to investing and real estate this is a great start. This book also helped remind me of things I knew but wasn't living. My husband and I have goals and sometimes we lose sight of those goals and this helped re-ground us.

This is a really easy book to read and understand and you can even read it in sections and I even suggest it. Read one section and ponder it a day or two before moving on to another. You will reap knowledge that will last a lifetime.

Very helpful

Although I was already familiar with some real estate investment

notions, this book was very helpful to solidify my perspective on why

real estate investment is generally better and more importantly, how to

analyze an offering.

There are a few points in the first Chapter I wasn't fully in agreement,

but overall, wonderful book.
