Excellent

I have been looking into investing some of my saving for a while now as I would like to retire one day and my pension alone simply will not cut it. I have looked at a few overviews of the different options available and wanted a more in-depth look at Dividend Investing so I picked up this book. The book is very well written and written in a way that anyone can understand without Jargon or unnecessary filler. The author gets to the point and explains what Dividend Investing is, the pros and cons, how you can make them work for you and more including common mistakes to avoid.

Overall a brilliant book that I recommend to anyone interested in Dividend Investing.

Pass by this one!

Self published TRASH! Ninety seven pages of large print, widely spaced-basically a compilation of "financial one-liners" without much content.I personally will not purchase any more self published books because I find them, for the most part, to be lacking in quality and content. Save your money or buy something else on the subject. There are many that are very excellent.

A Broad Overview - No Specifics

What would have made Day Trading Disasters better?

No specific strategies or tactics on when to enter or exit a trade. Just general advice. Such as; know your market, use a mentor, get a fast Internet connection... Useless.Also some wrong info here. He says NASDAQ and NYSE are the two US exchanges. What about AMEX and OCT. He says you need $5,000 to begin day trading, ridiculous!

What could Paul Reed have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Offered 3-4 strategies on intraday trades. Explain how to scan for stocks with potential which online stock screeners are best

Waste of money.

Will teach you just enough to hurt yourself.

It really worries me when a trading book starts with "you'll need a computer", goes onto say "you'll master day trading in no time", and within ten minutes moves onto selling options contracts. It's too much too quickly for beginners, and too shallow for the experienced.

It's not that there isn't good information in here, much of the advice is solid, if cliched. It's just that "you need risk control" is stated with no more emphasis than "make sure you have a good internet connection". And that is frankly irresponsible.

Either the narrator or transcriber appear to be a machine, as it says things like "I made profit of pounds four thousand".

A Must Read For Diversifying Your Investment Portfolio

I have noticed more and more websites accepting digital currency in the past several months, and just didnât understand what it isâor how it works. I didnât think it was something I could even gain access to, or benefit from. This book does an outstanding job of explaining what digital currencies are, and how you can begin investing in them. After reading this book, I feel strongly that digital currency is a must have for diversifying my investment portfolio.

Would you consider the audio edition of Warren Buffett, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk on Investing to be better than the print version?

I would prefer the audio edition over the print edition. It was more exciting.

What does Trevor Clinger bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

He really narrated this book well.

Dont bother

Even if there was any good information in this book, the narrative is bad you wont get it anyway.

Monotonous Voice

It was pure torture to listen to the monotonous voice of the reader. The book was kind of boring and did not really tell me anything that I didnt already know. It was boring and dull. The only reason that I finished it was because I was driving and didnt want to pull over to switch to a different book.

So many useful tips in this book!

Great book that's packed full of money making tips. There are a lot of stock investing guides out on the market, but this one did the greatest job at delivering the most useful tips I have ever heard of. Thanks!
