The 8 Essentials To Health: Belief in something greater than ourselves, Purpose, Relationships, Sleep/Naps, Breath/Meditation/Prayer, Natural light exposure, Nourishment, and Body movement..are all being threatened by the current narrative and actions being taken by authority and our response to the authority and it's leaving society much worse off than we need or want to be. We all need to take an inventory of these 8, see how the current agenda being pushed is attacking our 8, and make the changes where we see fit. The human race needs these 8 to survive and thrive.
