4. Treat Your Customers and Employee How You Want Your Mom to Be Treated
5. Be In Stock on Product and Tools
6. Live and Breathe Your "Brand" And Values
7. Constantly Be Improving Your Processes
8. Do Your Bookkeeping and Invoice on Regular Basis
9. Focus on Your Ideal Customer
10. Live on a Budget and Don't Spend More Than You Can
11. Take Care of Your People and Train Them Well
12. Execute Your Processes Well
13. Have Fun
