This is the last episode of this course!! We all know that facing our fears is important, but in this practical session I give you the scientific hacks to get you there safely and efficiently. We will also recap on all we have learnt so far.

If there is any stunt that requires you to stay cool this is it. We learn what the importance of breathing and it's effect on the body, mind and emotion.
