The Interesting Health & Safety Podcast

Getting Structure To Your Diary

Listen Later

The lockdown has provided much disruption, but also a wonderful opportunity for reflection. In this week’s show, Colin discusses the importance of structure and routine, and how forward planning can be beneficial in bringing back balance to our lives.
