Getting Unstuck, 07/17/20, Ep. 15: "Sorry Sugar, We Have to Break Up."  This one is personal.  I talk about my addiction to food.  My recovery from drugs and alcohol seemed like a piece of cake, no pun intended, compared to my addiction to food.  What is addiction? Getting Unstuck, 07/13/20, Ep. 14: "Are You Ready for The Invitation?"  Today's topic is a poem called, The Invitation, by Oriah Mountain Dreamer.  "It doesn't interest me what you do for a living, I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing."  That is the first line of the poem and it had a profound affect on me. .  My co-host today is Margaret Harris, she is a  licensed therapist in Waterford, Connecticut.  Margaret and I discuss the deep and soulful meaning of this poem and how this poem has impacted how we view our lives, but more importantly, how we want to live our lives.   This poem is a game changer and I hope it will help you harness your own power and help you find a clearer path to your life's journey.

Getting Unstuck, 6/15/20 Ep 13: "Is Your Body Talking to You?"  In today's episode I talk with Elaine Jansen, who is a Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Energy Worker.  We talk about how our bodies talk to us and how our physical pain is almost always connected to an emotional pain.  Elaine describes what a typical hypnotherapy session involves and discloses how she was once stuck until she began recognizing a pattern and that recognition got her unstuck!

Getting Unstuck, 5/19/20, Ep 8: "Two Therapists, One Mission"  In this episode I talk with husband and wife, Caitlin Rose and Mike Egan.  They are on a mission to help heal men and women from all walks of life.  Caitlin tells a story of how she was lost and confused with her direction in life and asked the universe for help.   As it turns out, a literal "sign" was hanging in a hallway and helped point her in the right direction!  Mike spoke about how his faith in himself was restored when he began trusting his heart, which in turn, enabled him to create the theraputic business he desired.
