Lyle has a fitful dream, seeing Jewel again, this time holding a newborn. Next morning, Fraser calls to berate Lyle and remind him his court date is this morning! Courthouse is jammed. Judge Sloane erupts when Lyle decides to withdraw his stay of demolition. Outside, Flo and Silk block Lyle's path–he's dumbstruck seeing Silk.

Georgie calls: she is being sexually harassed at work because of Lyle's ghost story–with ghostly condoms.

Overnight, ghost fanatics who've learned of a haunting online, have set up a tent city around Lyle's house. A strange middle-aged woman who call herself, Flo, appears at Lyle's door proposing an exclusive media contract with FEAR.com. Lyle refuses, until he sees a photo of the TV show's gorgeous host … meanwhile, Georgie is charged with surveilling a limo business—a suspected front for drugs and prostitution.
