Tools: shaker, strainer
Combine the gin, syrup, juices, egg white and cream in a shaker. Add the orange flower water and shake until combined. Fill with ice and shake for as long as you can. Keep going. Strain into a highball glass, top with an ounce of chilled club soda, and gently stir. Enjoy!
Paso Robles is considered Central Coast, not Southern California, as I accidentally stated in the podcast. Forgive a transplant!

Welcome to the inaugural episode of Ginspeak! On this episode, I discuss gin, why I love it, offer up a review of Bombay Sapphire East, and walk through the steps to make that simplest yet most sublime of cocktails, the Gin & Tonic.
I switched microphones during production of this pilot, so there's some sound differences in certain segments of the episode. Don't let it throw you for a loop!
