गिरिजेश वशिष्ठ (KnockingNews) का official चैनल

ये देशों को शामिल करने के बाद इसने बीते चार दशकों में शुक्राणुओं की संख्या आधी होने की जानकारी की पुष्टि कर दी है. सबसे पहले 2017 के रिसर्च में यह बात पता चली थी. 1973 से ले कर 2018 तक के बीच पुरुषों के शुक्राणुओं की संख्या में 51 फीसदी की गिरावट दर्ज की गई है. ये वो पुरुष हैं जो नपुंसक नहीं हैं. नई रिसर्च में पता चला कि इनके प्रति मिलीलीटर वीर्य में 10.12 करोड़ शुक्राणुओं की जगह सिर्फ 4.9 करोड़ शुक्राणु ही मौजूद थे. 

ह्यूमन रिप्रोडक्शन अपडेट जर्नल में छपी रिसर्च रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है, "इसके साथ ही आंकड़े बता रहे हैं कि दुनिया भर में इसकी कमी का यह दौर 21वीं सदी में और ज्यादा तेजी से जारी है." रिसर्च में पता चला है कि शुक्राणुओं की संख्या में हर साल लगभग 1.1 फीसदी की दर से कमी आ रही है. रिसर्च रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इस मामले में तुरंत और ज्यादा कार्रवाई करने की जरूरत है ताकि, "पुरुषों के प्रजनन स्वास्थ्य में और बाधा आने से रोका जा सके."

संयुक्त राष्ट्र की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2019 के बाद भूख की समस्या बढ़ी है। करीब 25,000 लोग प्रतिदिन भूख जनित कारणों से काल के गाल में समा जाते हैं। इसमें बच्चों की संख्या ज्यादा है, प्रतिदिन करीब 10,000 बच्चों की भूख जनित कारणों से मौत होती है। भारत में यह माना जाता है कि प्रतिदिन 3,000 बच्चों की मृत्यु सिर्फ भूख जनित कारणों से होती है। अपने देश में ही करीब 20 करोड़ लोग एक समय बिना भोजन सोते हैं।

 यह आंकड़ा मात्र अपने देश का नहीं है। दुनिया की कहानी है कि करीब 45 देश ऐसे हैं, जहां पांच करोड़ लोग किसी न किसी तरह से भोजन के अभाव में जीते हैं। विडंबना यह है कि 2.5 अरब टन भोजन दुनिया में खराब हो जाता है। यह भी एक तथ्य है कि भारत में करीब 30 प्रतिशत अनाज प्रतिवर्ष बर्बाद हो जाता है, जिसकी कीमत करीब 92 हजार करोड़ रुपये के आसपास है। ऐसे में, हमारी चिंताएं कई स्तर पर बढ़ जाती हैं। आने वाले समय में 2050 तक वे कौन सी रणनीतियां होंगी, जिनके दम पर हम बड़ी जनसंख्या को कम से कम भोजन दे पाएंगे?

प्राथमिक जांच में सामने आया है कि करोलबाग में 100 से ज्यादा आंगड़िया सक्रिय हैं। देश की बड़ी-बड़ी फर्म से इनके संबंध हैं। आरोपियों के मोबाइल से आंगड़ियों का विदेशी लिंक भी मिला है। नकद में लेन-देन करने वाले और एक जगह से दूसरी जगह नकद पहुंचाने और प्राप्त करने वालों को आंगड़िया कहते हैं।

नोएडा में पकड़े गए आरोपियों से 1.68 करोड़ रुपये पकड़े गए थे। इनकी गिनती आयकर विभाग की टीम ने की, जबकि आरोपियों का दावा है कि वे दिल्ली से दो करोड़ रुपये लेकर आए थे। 32 लाख के बारे में न पुलिस को और न आयकर विभाग को पता है। शक है कि मौके से फरार आरोपी रुपये लेकर भागा है।

ब्याज की दरें आधा से पौना प्रतिशत यानी 50 से 75 बीपीएस बढ़ सकती हैं. 

इसकी वजह बताई जा रही है बाजार में कर्ज की बढ़ती डिमांड

जो ब्याज 7.3 फीसदी था वो अब 

जो ड़िपोजिट रेट 2021 में 5.1 परसेंट था. टाप पांच बैंकों का एवरेज

वो अब 6.3 फरसेंट तक पहुंच गया है

यहां तक कि एचडीएफसी 45 महीने के लिए सफायर डिपाजिट स्कीम में 7.5 परसेंट तक ब्याज ऑफर कर रही है

बैंकों में नान फूड और नान बैंक क्रेड़िट की मांग में 17.2 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी हुई है जबकि पिछले साल ये करीब 14.5 फीसदी ही थी

1 अक्तूबर के हफ्ते में बैंकों का जमा 69,000 करोड़ रुपये घटा है

172.03 लाख करोड़ रह गया, 

आंकड़ों के अनुसार, लोगों ने 29,000 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की उधारी भी ली, जिससे बैंकों का कुल कर्ज 128.60 लाख करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 128.89 लाख करोड़ पर पहुंच गया।

बैंकों का कुल कर्ज सालाना आधार पर 17.9% बढ़ा है। जबकि जमा में केवल 9.5 फीसदी की बढ़त आई है। वैसे इस साल जनवरी से देखें तो जमा की तुलना में बैंकों का कर्ज ज्यादा बढ़ा है।

अक्टूबर में हायरिंग इन्डेक्स मायनस 6 हो गया है जबकि अप्रेल में ये 15 था. एम्पलायमेटं इंडेक्स का मतलब है नैकरी की संभावना

शिक्षा क्षेत्र में भी नौकरिया 11 परसेंटगिरी हैं.

एडटेक कंपनियों की पतली हालत के कारण ये हुआ है

केंद्र सरकार ने राज्यों को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों से अतिक्रमण हटाने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा है कि यह यातायात प्रबंधन और परिचालन के लिए तथा भावी परियोजनाओं के लिहाज से भी गंभीर चिंता का विषय है. इसे लेकर केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को एक पत्र भी लिखा है. 

केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को लिखे पत्र में कहा है कि राष्‍ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण (भूमि और यातायात) अधिनियम, 2002 के तहत राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिकारियों को अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार है, इसके बावजूद राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर बहुत अधिक अवैध कब्जे हैं. 

राज्यों को लिखे अपने पत्र में सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने कहा कि, यह जानकारी मिली है कि ढाबेवालों, सब्जी विक्रेताओं आदि ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर अतिक्रमण कर रखे हैं. अपने पत्र में मंत्रालय ने आगे कहा गया कि मंत्रालय का ऐसा मानना है कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर स्थायी एवं अस्थायी अवैध कब्जे यातायात प्रबंधन और परिचालन तथा भावी परियोजनाओं के लिए चिंता का गंभीर विषय है.
