    खाने पीने के मामले में पर्याप्त भोजन नहीं ले रहा था इसलिए बीमार हुआ
    शाकाहारी होना उसकी गलती नही धी
    गलत आधार पर क्लेम रोका गया
    मीत ठक्कर नाम का एक मरीज था. उसने कमजोरी, चक्कर आना उस्टी जैसी फीलिंग थी
    इसके साथ ही उसे शरीर के बायें हिस्से में भाररी पन था
    उसे 2015 में एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था
    उसे ट्रांजियेन्ट इस्चेमिक अटैक यानी टिआ नाम की बीमारी का मरीज माना गया
    उसका होमो सिस्टीन लेवल 23.52 पाया गया जबकि इसकी नार्मल रेंज 5 से 15 होती है
    लेकिन न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस ने इसे क्लेम देने से इनकार कर दिया
    डाक्टरों की राय दी गई और हाईपर होमो सिस्टीमिया का कारण विटामिन बी 12 की कमी मानी गई
    डाक्टर का कहना था कि विटामिन बी 12 की कमी का कारण खान पान में कमी थी
    उसके भोजन में सप्लीमेंट्स की कमी थी.
    ठक्कर साहब ने कंज्यूमर कोर्ट का रास्ता पकड़ा और केस किया
    अदालत ने माना कि शाकाहारी होने के कारण उन्हें कुछ खास पोषण तत्वों की कमी थी लेकिन इसमें उनका कोई दोष नहीं था
    शाकाहारी लोगों में बी 12 की कमी आम है लेकिन बीमा कंपनी ने इसे गलत तरीके से अपने फायदे में इस्तेमाल किया.
    अदालत ने आदेश दिया कि ठक्कर साहब को 1 लाख रुपये 9 परसेंट ब्याज के साथ लौटाए जाएं
    इसके अलावा कोर्ट ठक्कर को 5000 रुपये मुआवजे के तौर पर देने का भी आदेश दिया
    बीमा कंपनियों के खेल
    सर्जरी के बीच में किसी व्यक्ति को 85000 रुपये की कोई डिवाइस लगाने की जरूरत थी. कंपनी ने मना कर दिया. कहा 3500 मिलेगंग
    अमेरिका में 4.1 परसेंट है जबकि भारत में सिर्फ दशमलव 4 परसेंट
    पेमेन्ट रेशियो का खेल
    95 परसेंट रेशियो का मतलब है केस प्रोसेस हए पेमेन्ट हुआ या कम हुआ इसकी को ई गारंटी नही है

    WhatsApp यूजर्स के लिए बुरी खबर है। दरअसल, डेटा ब्रीच को लेकर WhatsApp एक बार फिर चर्चा में है। कहा जा रहा है कि ये सबसे बड़े डेटा ब्रीच में से एक हो सकता है। एक रिपोर्ट में मुताबिक, लगभग 500 मिलियन (50 करोड़) वॉट्सऐप यूजर्स के फोन नंबर ऑनलाइन बिक्री पर रखे गए हैं।  साइबरन्यूज ने अपने एक रिपोर्ट में बताया कि, एक हैकर ने हैकिंग कम्युनिटी फोरम पर एक विज्ञापन पोस्ट किया है, जिसमें दावा किया गया कि वे 487 मिलियन (48.7 करोड़) वॉट्सऐप यूजर्स के मोबाइल नंबरों का 2022 डेटाबेस बेच रहा है। डेटाबेस में 84 विभिन्न देशों के वॉट्सऐप यूजर्स के मोबाइल नंबर शामिल हैं, जिनमें यूएस, यूके, मिस्र, इटली, सऊदी अरब और यहां तक ​​कि भारत भी शामिल हैं।


    जानकारी का उपयोग ज्यादातर हमलावर फ़िशिंग अटैक के लिए करते हैं। इसलिए वॉट्सऐप यूजर्स को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अनजान नंबरों से कॉल और मैसेज से बचें।

    It comes after NITES, a Pune-based union working for the rights of employees of IT companies, 

    last week submitted a petition and requested the Union government and the state labour authorities to conduct an inquiry regarding the “unethical and illegal layoffs" email being sent to employees by Amazon. The IT union claimed that Amazon forcibly terminated a large number of employees in India.

    According to the ET Now report, after Amazon’s decision to lay off employees, its Indian arm started urging its employees to quit voluntarily by sending out a voluntary separation programme. As per the VSP document shared by the e-commerce major, “This communication is to inform you that Amazon is implementing a Voluntary Separation Program (VSP) which is temporarily available to eligible employees within Amazon’s AET organization. Pursuant to the VSP eligible employees will have the opportunity to resign voluntarily from employment in exchange for the VSP benefits described below."

  • महंगाई डायन का नए अटैक की तैयारी कर लो. सबकुछ आएगा चपेट में

    डीजल की किल्लत के संकेत अभी से मिलने लगे हैं। अमेरिका में डीजल का स्टॉक करीब 40 साल के निचले स्तर पर आ गया है। यूरोप में भी करीब-करीब यही हाल है। मार्च तक हालात और खराब होंगे, जब समुद्र के रास्ते रूस से डीजल आयात पर प्रतिबंध लागू होंगे। स्थिति अभी से खराब होने लगी है।


    डीजल का वैश्विक (एक्सपोर्ट) निर्यात घटने लगा है, जिसका सबसे ज्यादा असर पाकिस्तान जैसे गरीब देशों पर होगा। दरअसल डीजल से न सिर्फ बसें, ट्रक, जहाज और ट्रेनें चलती हैं, बल्कि कंस्ट्रक्शन व खेती-बाड़ी में काम आने वाली मशीनें और फैक्टरियां भी चलती हैं। यही वजह है कि डीजल की किल्लत से इसकी कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी गहरा असर दिखाएगी।


    अमेरिका को 8.17 लाख करोड़ का झटका

    राइस यूनिवर्सिटी के बेकर इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ पब्लिक पॉलिसी के एनर्जी फेलो मार्क फिनली के मुताबिक, डीजल के दाम बढ़ने से अकेले अमेरिका को करीब 100 अरब डॉलर (8.17 लाख करोड़ रुपए) का झटका लगेगा। फिनली ने कहा, ‘हमारे देश में हर चीज एक जगह से दूसरी जगह डीजल के दम पर पहुंचती है। पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट सिस्टम भी एक हद तक डीजल पर निर्भर है। ऐसे में इसकी किल्लत गंभीर असर दिखाएगी।’
