गिरिजेश वशिष्ठ (KnockingNews) का official चैनल

महंगाई की नई किश्त अब गाड़ी और मोबाइल की कीमत बढ़ाने वाली है. अगले साल अप्रैल से वाहनों के प्रदूषण को कंट्रोल करने के लिए बनाए गए BS-VI मानकों का फेज टू शुरू होने वाला है. इसके बाद कंपनियों को कारों के इंजन में बदलाव करने के साथ ही आधुनिक after-treatment systems लगाने होंगे, जिससे नाइट्रोजन उत्सर्जन का स्तर घटाया जा सकेगा. 

इसके साथ ही particulate matter sensors भी कारों में लगाना अनिवार्य होगा. लेकिन इन सब बदलावों को लागू करने की वजह से कंपनियों को अतिरिक्त खर्च करना होगा जिससे कार बनाने की लागत बढ़ जाएगी. इसके असर से डीजल कार 80 हज़ार रुपये तक महंगी हो जाएगी. जबकि पेट्रोल कार की कीमत में 25 से 30 हज़ार रुपये तक का इजाफा होगा.

जयललिता की मौत की जांच के लिए रिटायर्ड जज ए. अरुमुघसामी की अध्यक्षता में एक सदस्यीय समिति बनाई गई थी। इस कमेटी ने राज्य सरकार को 500 पन्नों की रिपोर्ट सौंपी थी।

तमिलनाडु सरकार ने राज्य की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री जे जयललिता की मौत की जांच रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक कर दी है। 

इस रिपोर्ट में जयललिता की करीबी सहेली शशिकला की भूमिका पर संदेह जताया गया है। 

वहीं, उनके निजी डॉक्टर समेत एक सीनियर अधिकारी भी शक के घेरे में हैं। जांच रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि जयललिता (अम्मा) और शशिकला (चिनम्मा) के बीच अच्छे रिश्ते नहीं थे। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि अम्मा की मौत को नेचुरल डेथ की बजाय इसे क्राइम मानकर जांच कराई जाए। कमेटी ने उनकी मौत की डिटेल इन्वेस्टिगेशन की सिफारिश भी की है।

2016 में हुई थी मौत, हार्ट अटैक को बताया था वजह

5 दिसंबर 2016 को चेन्नई के अपोलो अस्पताल में जयललिता का निधन हो गया था। वे करीब 2 महीने तक अस्पताल में भर्ती रही थीं। उस समय वे मुख्यमंत्री पद पर थीं। मेडिकल बुलेटिन में दिल के दौरे को मौत की वजह बताया गया था। खास बात यह है कि जयललिता के बीमार पड़ने से उनका निधन होने तक शशिकला उनके साथ मौजूद थीं।

साल 2002 में गुजरात दंगों के दौरान बिलकिस बानो के साथ गैंगरेप और उनके परिवार की हत्या करने वाले दोषी 11 में 10 लोग 1000 दिनों से अधिक के लिए पैरोल, फरलो और अस्थाई जमानत पर बाहर रहे थे, और 11वां दोषी 998 दिनों के लिए जेल से बाहर रहा था। इन सभी को अच्छे व्यवहार के चलते गुजरात सरकार ने इसी साल 15 अगस्त के दिन रिहा कर दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष गुजरात सरकार के हलफनामे के अनुसार, रमेश चंदना (58) 1576 दिनों के लिए जेल से बाहर था (पैरोल कुल 1198 दिन और फरलो 378 दिन) ये उन 11 दोषियों में सबसे ज्यादा दिनों तक जेल से बाहर था।

उसी दिल्ली में सीबीआई ने मनीष सिसोदिया को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया तो उनके लिए पूरी दिल्ली खुली थी। वे भीड़ बटोरकर सभा करते हैं, भीड़ के साथ राजघाट जाते हैं और सीबीआई कार्यालय के बाहर पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता प्रदर्शन करते हैं। मनीष सिसोदिया वहां से निकलकर भाषण देते हैं और गुजरात जाने का ऐलान करते हैं। यह सब बिना किसी रोक-टोक के होता है। 

इसका सीधा सा मतलब है कि यह भाजपा और आम आदमी पार्टी का मिला-जुला खेल है जो गुजरात के लिए खेला जा रहा है। भाजपा एजेंसियों के जरिये अपनी 'बी टीम' को चर्चा में लाने और लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित करने का प्रयास कर रही है ताकि गुजरात चुनाव में वोट काटने का खेल खेला जा सके।
