रूस और यूक्रेन युद्ध से यूक्रेन में तबाही का मंजर छा गया है लेकिन पश्चिमी देशों का चालाकी और कलाकारी खुलकर सामने आई है।  नाटो देशों में शामिल फ्रांस और जर्मनी एक तरफ यूक्रेन की हौसला बढ़ा रहे है  तो दूसरी तरफ यूक्रेन के खिलाफ युद्ध में रसिया से हथियार का व्यापार भी कर रहे है। फ्रांस और जर्मनी ने 'रुस से 230 मिलियन पाउंड का सैन्य मिसाइल और हथीयार बेचा संभवतः यूक्रेन पर रूस ने इस्तेमाल किया गया  यूरोपीय संघ के हथियारों के  प्रतिबंध के बावजूद इन देशों ने  हथीयार बेचा । इन देशों ने 2014 में बने अनुबंधों का इस्तेमाल किया जो हथियार बाचने का अनुमति नही  देता है पिछले महीने, यह पता चला था कि फ्रांस, जर्मनी और इटली ने प्रतिबंध  के बावजुद हथीयार बेचा था ।

टेलीकॉम कंपनियां अब छोटे टावरों के जरिए तेजी से 5G नेटवर्क लगा सकती हैं। दूरसंचार विभाग ने छोटे टावर के लिए सरकारी मंजूरी को खत्म कर दिया है। अब कंपनियों को छोटे टावर लगाने के लिए सिर्फ रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा।

5G स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी से पहले सरकार ने टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के लिए 5G नेटवर्क लगाने की शर्तें आसान कर दी है । दरअसल गली मोहल्ले तक 5G नेटवर्क पहुंचाना एक बड़ी चुनौती है । इससे निपटने के लिए सरकार मौजूदा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का इस्तेमाल करने की तैयारी कर रही है। इसे टेक्निकल भाषा में स्ट्रीट फर्नीचर कहा जाता है । इसके तहत मौजूदा लगाने के लिए बिजली के खंभों, या फिर किसी भी ऊंचे स्ट्रक्चर का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है । और इन पर छोटे पावर का BTS लगाया जा सकता है।

भारतीय रेलवे ने पिछले छह वर्षों में 72,000 से अधिक पदों को खत्म कर दिया है. हालांकि इस अवधि में 81,000 पदों को खत्म करने का प्रस्ताव रखा था. सभी पद ग्रुप सी और डी के  रेलवे के 16 जोन में वित्त वर्ष 2015-16 से लेकर 2020-21 के दौरान 56,888 ‘गैर-जरूरी’ पदों को खत्म कर दिया गया. प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक 15,495 और पदों को खत्म किया जाना है.

उत्तर रेलवे ने 9,000 से अधिक पदों को खत्म किया, जबकि दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे ने लगभग 4,677 पदों को खत्म किया. दक्षिण रेलवे ने 7,524 और पूर्वी रेलवे ने 5,700 से अधिक पदों को समाप्त कर दिया है.

सूत्रों ने कहा कि वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए कर्मचारियों का एक कार्य-अध्ययन अंतिम चरण में है. उम्मीद है कि प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद करीब 9,000 और पदों को खत्म किया जाएगा.

आउट सोर्सिंग इसकी वजह है. यानी ठेके पर काम दे देना. यहां तक कि कुलियों के काम को भी एजेंसियों को दे दिया जाएगा. स्टेशन प्राइवेट कंपनियों को दे दिए गए हैं .

The number of wealthy Americans applying for citizenship or residency in foreign countries has skyrocketed over the past three years as US billionaires, tech entrepreneurs, and celebrities look to create a "plan B" for their families, multiple investment migration firms told Insider.

More than a dozen countries offer so-called "golden passports" and visas that allow affluent foreigners to receive citizenship or residency in exchange for investing in the country. The most expensive programs range from $1.1 million in Malta to $9.5 million in Austria, according to Forbes.

"We see these programs as an insurance policy," Ezzedeen Soleiman, a managing partner at Latitude Residency & Citizenship, said. "We've had some billionaires approach us and ask what's the best place to live if there's a climate catastrophe, or if there's another storm, or another global pandemic."
