आय की असमानताएं बढ़ रही हैं। इसके लिए क्या कारक है माना जा रहा है की कुछ दशकों में आय की विषमताएं घटी हैं।

थोमस पीकेट्टी की एक पुस्तक-21वीं सदी में पूंजी और एक अन्य लेख के अनुसार कहा जा रहा है की भारत में अरबपतियों का राज है।

आंकड़ों के आधार पर आजादी के बाद आय विषमता की व्याख्या में कहा गया है कि 1980 से 2014 की अवधि में भारत की एक प्रतिशत जनसंख्या की आय 6 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 22 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गई है। इसी अवधि में उच्च 10 प्रतिशत लोगों की आय 30 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ कर 50 प्रतिशत हो गई।

40 प्रतिशत मध्यम वर्ग की आय 43 प्रतिशत से घटकर 30 प्रतिशत रह गई निम्न स्तर के 50 प्रतिशत लोगों की आय 24 प्रतिशत से घटकर 15 प्रतिशत हो गई। अत्यन्त चौंकाने वाला आंकड़ा यह है कि उच्चतम 0.1 प्रतिशत लोगों की आय 12 प्रतिशत है, जबकि निम्न स्तर के 50 प्रतिशत लोगों की आय केवल 11 प्रतिशत है।

स्वतन्त्रता के बाद भारत की कुल पूंजी का 13 प्रतिशत मारवाड़ी, सेठों- साहुकारों के नियंत्रण में था टाटा और बिड़ला के नाम देश मे हर जुबान पर होते थे। आज अंबानी, अडानी और अनेक नाम टाटा और बिड़ला से आगे जुड़ गए हैं।

उदारीकरण, भूमंडलीकरण और निजीकरण ने पूंजीवाद को एक नई दशा दिशा दी है। राज्य की भूमिका में कमी आई है। राजनीतिक दल चुनावी अपने चालों से बाहर नहीं निकल रहे हैं। इस पूंजीवादी नई प्रवृत्ति पर संवाद बंद हो गया है। स्वयं पूंजीपति शासन के समर्थन में खड़े है।

भारत में आर्थिक असमानता और विषमता के अतिरिक्त, जातिगत भेदभाव, जातिवाद, भाई-भतीजावाद आदि के कारण भी असमानता चरम-सीमा पर है।

पहले कोविड-19 को लेकर आरोप-प्रत्यारोप पूरे विश्व में चला, उसी तरह अब मंकीपॉक्स को लेकर एक बार फिर दुनिया में आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का दौर शुरू हो गया है। 

 कोविड-19 शुरू हुआ था तब अमेरिका ने चाइना पर आरोप लगाया था कि चाइना कोविड-19 को तैयार किया है ठीक उसी तरह चाइनीस सोशल मीडिया विवो पर आरोप लगाया जा रहा है कि मंकीपॉक्स अमेरिका की साजिश है। 

रूस ने भी आरोप लगाया है कि यूक्रेन सरकार के नाम से यूक्रेन में 26 बायो लैब है जिसको अमेरिका अपने फंडिंग से चला रहा है रूस ने कहा है कि इन बायो लैब से जो जैविक हथियार तैयार किया जा रहा है वह विश्व के लिए खतरा है। 

 वाशिंगटन लैब ने आरोप को खारिज किया है , युक्रेन ने भा कहा है कि हम अपने रिसर्च के लिए लैब स्थापित किए हैं। 

दुनिया के लगभग 20 देशों में मंकीपॉक्स के मामले सामने आए हैं जिसमें अमेरिका और यूरोपीय देश शामिल है।

अमेरिका कहता था कि करोना  चीन की देन है, उसी तरह अब चीनी सोशल मीडिया वीबो पर चीनी नागरिकों का मानना है कि मंकीपॉक्स के प्रसार को स्रोत अमेरिका है 

चीन के सोशल मीडिया पर लगभग लाखों लोगों ने अमेरिका पर यह आरोप लगाया है की मंकीपॉक्स के अमेरिका की साजीस है ।

अमेरिकी पत्रिका फॉर्चून के मुताबिक अमेरिका में मंकीपॉक्स के संदिग्ध वाली खबर वीबो पर 5.1 करोड़ बार देखा गया. चीनी सोशल मीडिया पर कई दिग्गजों ने इस खबर को हवा दी है कि अमेरिका ने मंकीपॉक्स को फैलाने की योजना बनाई है

. फॉर्चून के मुताबिक सोशल मीडिया पर अमेरिका के एक एनजीओ की बायोसिक्योरिटी रिपोर्ट को हवाला देते हुए यह खबर फैलाई जा रही है कि मंकीपॉक्स अमेरिका की योजना है. हालांकि इस रिपोर्ट को संदर्भ से हटकर पेश किया जा रहा है

भारतीय रेल कई समस्याओं से जूझ रही है अपने कर्मचारियों को काम नहीं दे पा रही है ,4000 लोको पायलट और गार्ड ऐसे हैं, जीनसे सालभर में शून्य से अधिकतम 500 किमी गाड़ी चलवाई गई है।

कोयला संकट के कारण रेलवे ने 40 ट्रेनों के 1180 फेरे निरस्त कर दिए है ।

1 अप्रैल 2021 से लेकर 31 मार्च 2022 के बीच 11 सौ के लगभग मालगाड़ी ड्राइवर ऐसे थे, जिनसे एक भी किमी गाड़ी नहीं चलवाई गई।

गार्ड के मामले में भी रेलवे की स्थिति ठीक नहीं है लगभग काफी दिनों  से गार्ड की सीधी भर्ती नहीं हुई है।

अमेरिका में सब्‍जी की तरह से लोग बंदूक खरीद सकते हैं। इनमें एआर-15 जैसी सेमी ऑटोमेटिक राइफलें भी शामिल हैं। यही वजह है कि अमेरिका में अक्‍सर गोलीबारी में सामूहिक हत्‍या की खबरें आती रहती हैं। अमेरिका सेंटर फॉर डिजीज कंट्रोल एंड प्र‍िवेंशन के मुताबिक साल 2020 में 45,222 लोगों की मौत गोलीबारी में हुई थी। वहीं सड़क हादसे में केवल 40,698 लोग मारे गए। साल 2020 अमेरिका में बंदूकों की गोलीबारी से मौत का सबसे बुरा साल रहा। यही नहीं आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें तो अमेरिका में साल 2010 के बाद बंदूकों से गोलीबारी में मौत के मामले में 43 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है। बंदूकों से हुई 45,222 मौतों में 54 फीसदी आत्‍महत्‍या और 43 फीसदी हत्‍या के थे। पीवू रिसर्च सेंटर के मुताबिक ये हत्‍याएं 'गैर इरादतन' या पुलिस की ओर से की गईं।

इसी महीने में शुरुआत राष्ट्रीय परिवार स्वास्थ्य सर्वे ने शादी, शिक्षा, आबादी और अन्य कई मसलों पर आंकड़े जारी किए थे. एनएफएचएस-5 के इसी डेटा का इस्तेमाल करते हुए दिप्रिंट उन पांच मिथकों का गलत साबित किया है, जिन्हें लेकर अक्सर मुस्लिम समुदाय पर आरोप लगाए जाते रहे हैं

सरकार ने एक देश-एक टैक्स को काफी फायदेमंद बताते हुए जोरशोर से जीएसटी सिस्टम 1 जुलाई 2017 को लागू किया था. केंद्र सरकार ने कहा था कि राज्यों के नुकसान की भारपाई की जाएगी । 

इसी आधार पर राज्यों को मनाया गया था. जीएसटी राजस्व के नुकसान की भरपाई के लिए एक फॉर्मूला तय किया गया

जीएसटी कानून में यह तय किया गया था कि इसे लागू करने के बाद पहले पांच साल में राज्यों को राजस्व का जो भी नुकसान होगा केन्द्र सरकार भरपाया करागी ।
