Binge eating and health anxiety has a weird correlation to me personally which defiantly does not help my cortisol - effecting my anxiety. Let's discuss the potential causes. Picky eating and having a weird relationship with food has developed into this! I struggle to eat meat and protein, ultimately making it hard to gain muscle! How do I eat more protein? I hate trying new things because you are walking into the unknown.. the worst case scenarios.
