The latest episode of Girls Gone Hallmark is all about Hallmark Channel's newest original movie "3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost." It's a hauntingly good episode where Megan and Wendy talk about Hallmark's new era, the charming Madeleine Arthur, and a few 'Did You See That' moments. Don't be scared to give it a listen – it's a real "spirited" discussion! If you enjoy listening to Girls Gone Hallmark, we could definitely use your 5-star ratings and written reviews on your preferred podcast platform. Hallmark News - October 2023 TMZ reported that the Queen of Christmas Lacey Chabert recently reunited with Mean Girls co-stars Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Seyfried to film a Pepsi ad. Me thinks this might be a Super Bowl ad, maybe? Brant Daughtery announced that he and his wife, Kimberly, are expecting a second baby in early 2024. Daughtery will next be seen in this year’s hardest to pronounce title “Joyeux Noel” on October 29th. We’re starting to see posters for the Countdown to Christmas movies emerge! And commercials on Hallmark Channel. What do you think of the "Christmas on Cherry Lane" poster? About "3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost" [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVD1XY_GXXE?si=K15u4K02vqkXSUH8&w=560&h=315] Stars Julie Gonzalo and Chris McNally. These two are a real life couple - though I’m not sure if they are married. Seems like they are super private. They did have a baby in June 2022. Gonzalo plays Anna. She has 48 acting credits including Cut, Color, Murder from 2022. We last reviewed her for fan-favorite movie Pumpkin Pie Wars.  Chris McNally plays Elliott. Chris is known for his role as Lucas on When Call the Heart. He has 40 acting credits. Outside of Hallmark, he was seen in Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies and Firefly Lane - both from 2023. Madeleine Arthur plays ghost Ruby. She was a regular in the now canceled series "Blockbuster," she played Mae in "Devil in Ohio," and she played Chris in all three “To All the Boys I’ve Loved” movies. The story is by Gregg Rossen & Brian Sawyer. The teleplay included both Gregg Rossen, Brian Sawyer, and Joie Botkin. Gregg Rossen has written a TON of Hallmark movies including The Professional Bridesmaid, The Winter Palace, The Santa Stakeout and more. In fact, his IMDB reads like he’s only written Hallmark movies.  Brian Sawyer resume reads almost identical to Gregg Rossen.  Joie Botkin is one of our favorite Hallmark writers. Her next Hallmark film is the Tyler Hynes movie "Never Been Chris’d." Filmed in and around Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada — more precisely in Burnaby, which is located about 15 to 20 minutes outside of Vancouver.  The movie was filmed from June 12 to June 30, 2023. The rural estate used is known as Copper Stone mansion located in Langley. Other television shows like "Riverdale," "Bates Motel," and "Supernatural" have also used the property. Breaking Hallmark Channel News Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas is rumored to have a full slate of holiday movies this season despite the actors and writers strike. Read the Variety article here. About "Notes of Autumn" This movie was originally called “Fall Swap." Singer-songwriter Debbie Gibson served as an executive producer According to TV Fanatic, this is Debbie Gibson's return to Hallmark. She starred in and produced "Summer of Dreams" in 2016 and in "Wedding of Dreams" in 2018. Ashley Williams stars as Ellie. She has 81 acting credits including “Five More Minutes: Moments Like These,” “Two Tickets to Paradise,” and “Love, Classified” all from 2022. She also starred in 10 episodes of  “Amber Brown” on AppleTV which also starred Sarah Drew from last week’s “Guiding Emily.” Her instagram is delightful, if you’re not following her there.  Related: Girls Gone Hallmark review of "Two Tickets to Paradise" Luke Macfarlane co-stars as Leo. Luke took a small departure from the Hallmark Channel, he was last seen in “A Magical Christmas Village” last holiday season. At the time, he told the LA Times that his 17th Hallmark movie would likely be his last, saying that the channel “had been very good” to him but “how many firefighters can I play?” In the meantime, Macfarlane co-starred in a feature film called “Bros,” worked for AppleTV on a comedy called “Platonic” and was even offered a role in mega-hit Barbie but had to decline because of conflicts. Additionally, Macfarlane and his partner welcomed a baby girl named Tess in June of this year. So why is he back at Hallmark? He told The Hollywood Reporter that he “applauds” Hallmark for creating queer content. Perhaps an offer he couldn’t reuse? View this post on Instagram A post shared by Luke Macfarlane (@ten_minutes_younger) //www.instagram.com/embed.js Marcus Rosner brings his signature BDE as Sam. We last same him as Austin McMurray in the series Ride. He was also in one of the fan favorite fall movie reviews, Autumn in the Vineyard, which dropped a few weeks ago. He’s got three Christmas-themed movies in the hopper according to IMDb. If you follow Rosner on Instagram, you’ll see he’s been on a long road to recovery since major leg surgery in November 2022. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Marcus Rosner (@marcus_rosner) //www.instagram.com/embed.js Peter Porte plays Matt. I’m complete unfamiliar with Porte but Hallmark fans are happy he’s back. He has 50 acting credits including “Rome in Love” and “A Gift for Christmas” for Hallmark. He’s also been on “Days of Our Lives,” “NCIS,” and the Neal Patrick Harris series “Uncoupled.” "When Calls the Heart" stars Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith pop up throughout the movie playing Isabelle and Jack - fictional characters in Leo's novel. The script was written by Rick Garmen who has 27 previous writing credits. His last three movies for Hallmark were “Groundswell,” “Christmas at Castle Hart,” and “You Had me at Aloha.” But, his last two movies were the CCB and Danica McKeller Christmas movies for GAF last year.
