Last episode was heavy and we appreciate all the feedback, love & support we got.
On a much lighter note and a little something for your soul - Solaire's got a lil' summim' summin' for you. A reading from a collection of essays & poems by Solange Knowles. This is from Harper's Bazaar October 2020 (US) edition.
As always, sending you love and light - virtual hugs too

Good people - we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe.
Currently in Uganda, in response to curbing the spread of the pandemic wave, we are going through our 2nd lockdown (42 days). It's deja vu 2020 with limited movement, private & public transportation on hold and a lot of grief. We've lost loved ones, we are taking care of those who are ill and wondering what the future holds for us.
We were not sure if we were going to record anything given all that is going on but on further reflection - we thought it may be of some comfort. Especially now when we are in isolation (infected or not), we need to remind each other that this too shall pass. And while we are getting through this, we will check in just to say hello.
Sending you love and light - virtual hugs as always

You may or may not have heard the term, 'Black Tax'. Either way, you're gonna love today's episode and guest coz we've got a legit celebrity on the show - comedian & actor; Hannington Bugingo!
Now we can guarantee you're going to enjoy this one, what we can't guarantee is whether you will or won't need to pause the show for a moment to gather yourself. Hannington is quite the character. We go over the challenges many people face as they try to level up only to be caught in the black tax cycle.
Enjoy!
Sending you love & light

Harro preez good people! Yes, we are shameless but we love you so much. Truly, madly ,deeply.
So as a bribe/peace offering - we bring you tribute...just kidding. We've got an in house fav - Yvonne (aka The Therapist but like for real, she's certified, went to medical school and has the degree as proof). In this episode, Yvonne shares with us the mental aerobics that the Big One has us all going through last year and the side effects of lockdown in a c-19 world.
Enjoy the episode!

It's a celebration!!! It's been 58 years since Uganda raised her flag & Solaire - never to let her country prosper alone - had to nab the spot light and celebrate her birthday. Cathy's a August baby - though its a bit overdue - we celebrate her as well.
In this episode, the girls go over what getting older means to them, now that they are 'mature' youths. Lessons learned not just about the world but themselves. Get comfortable - it's going to be a doozy.
PS - We got a little excited during recording and may have slipped up with the audio in a few bits - we're sowi!
Sending you love & light - praying you are well and keeping safe

So, we realised - we've been talking all this time and never got to tell you who we really are. Like - really, really know us. Will this encounter dance ever so slightly on the edge of TMI? Only time will tell. So sit back, relax and strap on your seatbelts - we've got a sitori for you.
