Although it bankrupted him, this film is considered by many to be Tati's greatest masterpiece, and has frequently ranked among the 100 greatest films of all time. Set in a futuristic hyper-consumerist Paris, Playtime features subtle physical comedy, dialogue that is reduced to mere background noise, and anxiety inducing scenes that overload all your senses. It is truly a one of a kind work of art.

This film follows a martial arts dweeb named Jack who is obsessed with a pro wrestling show called Superfights, after becoming an unexpected hero Jack joins Superfights only to find out that it is a cover for a criminal organization that uses pro wrestlers for muscle. There's no other way to put it. This one is absolutely wild!
