I heard my daughter say "I don't feel beautiful" for the first time recently. It gutted me.

In this episode, I'm getting real and raw with you: I've struggled with an eating disorder, and self-destructive behaviors for much of my life. I'll dive into that story, and how I plan on using my own experience to give my kids the gift of confidence.
