We look to reframe the question of justice from the marginality of our time when we receive it as an economic good. The indivisibility of time is compromised through the way of life we presuppose through our unquestioning acceptance. 

We look at the primacy of want when we define our agency according to it. How does the claim towards life  work through what we presuppose, do we in fact consume our want as our way rather than create a way of removing it.

When we think of democracy we invariably think of governmental organisation but is there another way to think its potential? We pose this question in light of the creativity we do not animate when market oriented, and the individuation of "life" this entails that disempowers the "demos" of self rule.
