In a nutshell, the thought/belief cycle goes like this - our thoughts lead to our beliefs, our beliefs lead to our feelings and emotions, and our feelings drive our actions. Many of the thoughts and beliefs that we hold today as adults, became ingrained in us as children.
This is why so many times, we stay stuck in a feeling or stuck in 'in-action', or we don’t like the results we get when we do take action. We just seem to stay stuck in the same cycle of thoughts and behaviors with no notable changes or breakthroughs.
This week, I talk more about this cycle and explain how to break free from the thoughts and beliefs that hold us back and keep us feeling low vibe.
