Time will pass anyway, no matter what we do, and whether we spend time constructively, in a fulfilling way or not.
In this episode, I talk about how you can consider how your time is spent and how you can think about living life differently through habits and rituals.
There’s no right or wrong way to begin living a more fulfilling life. Just start with connecting with others, strengthening your mind and body, getting outside, or doing something just for fun!

In this episode I talk about how small, consistent, positive action builds self trust that leads to accomplishing goals; over time, you prove to yourself that you can do great things and YOU are worth it.
Micro habits lead to macro results. These results and positive change and growth literally rewires our brains to a mindset of growth as opposed to stagnation as we get stronger and healthier and trust ourselves more and more in any and all areas!

Tune in to find out what I've been up to the last few months, as I've been quiet here! It's been a summer of connection, growth, and change, though I did not plan to take a podcasting hiatus. I'll share my fears, my mindset and what's been working for me and my family this Summer as I've maintained my glow up (most days!) through the changes and unknown.

In this episode, I give some insight into the collective energy that seems to be going on in the world right now and share where I've been. Sometimes 'glowing up and vibing high' isn't so cut and dry.
But when we know where we are, we can move forward. If you are in a similar season, know that you're not alone and a better day will come! Do what you can to let go of what doesn't serve you, get clear about how you're feeling and take baby steps towards your heart's desire and focus on how you want to feel; but don't beat yourself up if you don't shift into your best self but so quickly.
You will get there a little at a time; just start by getting clear on where you are and what is coming up for you. The rest will follow.
Whew! March/April 2022 has proven to be a whirl wind with a packed schedule!
As I'm finding myself back in a 'normal' Spring season (post Covid and now with two elementary aged children), I feel its more important than ever to efficiently manage my time and energy to do all the things.
In this episode, I share more about how I structure my day, intentionally and diligently check off my to-do list, and how I care for myself to have optimal energy and support to get things done.

Oftentimes, we reach a point when we're just done with our BS, we're tired of getting in our own way. We know we're meant for more, we know what we're supposed to do to reach our goals and to live out our God given potential, but why can't we get there? Why do we always get stuck and move backwards, even after we make some progress?
In this episode, inspired by Gabby Bernstein's new book Happy Days, I talk about a 3 step method to noticing your triggers, reactions, and feelings and give you tips for how to interrupt the pattern the moment the low vibe, self sabotage takes hold so that you can bounce back quicker.
