From Jess’s point of view, she, like most of us is someone who may hold a lot of shame at times. Let’s face it, we all have shame around many different aspects of our lives and components of ourselves that we may not broadcast. And the point of this is to talk about our shame in order to shift it. I have released a ton of shame that I have previously held and now am shameless in a lot of ways. Of course, the journey doesn’t end here and there is still shame to work through. So I give some tips for what has worked for me in terms of releasing shame that hopefully can work for you. Enjoy.
