We're looking at why you shouldn't listen to your gut all the time when making decisions in your business. Listening to your intuition is an important exercise, but it should never be what drives your final decision regarding business. What should, you ask? Data. Raw data is what you should look at when you want to make business decisions when you pick your ideal clients, and your marketing plans and want to increase your pricing. In this episode, I run through how looking and using data instead of my gut has grown my business over the past 13 years.
