Today’s conversation is with Andrew Tackett. He is a jiu-jitsu phenom and a Pan American gold medallist and world championship silver medallist. 

We have a chat about his how he balances his life as a full-time athlete and a student.

We also talk about his ADCC trials experience and a crazy period where he got ill, lost 15 pounds (7kg), recovered and went and competed 3 weekends in a row against world class opponents!

The level of mental strength, self-awareness and wisdom this 16 year old has is incredible. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be a future world champion.

Today’s conversation is with William Tackett. He is a one of the top talents in the world of jiujitsu and some of his achievements include: Getting second place at the 2019 ADCC West Coast Trials, he’s an IBJJF No Gi world champion and he’s won multiple super fights across different promotions.

So today we have a chat with the legendary Lee Kemp.

These achievements are nothing short from amazing. He is a 3x World Champion in Freestyle Wrestling, 3x NCAA D1 champion, Part of the International Wrestling Hall Of Fame and was the favourite to win gold at the 1980 Olympics at Moscow before the US decided to boycott the Olympics.

We talk a lot about his wrestling career and how his mindset helped him achieve so much.
