You aren't responsible for your upbringing, but you are responsible for the end of your story. The true alchemy of life is to be able to create meaning from whatever hardship you go through and come out on the other end. You get to create meaning for the things that happen, you get to define your life - Enjoy!

We think that routines are boring and the antithesis to what a good life should look like, but this is quite the opposite. A routine allows us to improve upon our health and happiness by letting our conscious decisions dictate our day, rather than being jerked around in every direction from our impulses.
