Thank you so much for listening to this podcast today. I have a special guest with me today. Her name is Jenny finkel. I know you will enjoy what she has to say about yoga and health and wellness. So, let me begin with a brief bio about Jenny.
She began doing yoga in 7th grade after reading an article about it in Seventeen magazine. She was an asthmatic, scoliotic teen who pretended to be sick to get out of playing kickball in Phys Ed class. Seventeen touted yoga’s benefits for breathing and posture and described it as a non-competitive pursuit. It sounded right up her alley, so she gave the postures in the magazine a try, and a new passion was formed.
