Grow the seeds and kill the weeds, is about focusing on watering yourself with positivity and encouragement. Allowing yourself to be around people who reflects who you are and what you want to become. Killing the weeds is letting go of the negativity and self-doubt. We always hear people tell us get out of your own way but what does that actually mean? Have you heard of imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills. In this espiodes I express my personal experience of how I was getting in my own way. I share three points that are presently helping me get out of my own way. One, be honest with yourself and identify those areas of self-doubt and replace it with motivation and determination. Two, surround yourself with positive people, people who influence you to do better. Thirdly, be consistent and show yourself grace. #NoRegretsJustLifeLessons

I am at point in my life that I have to get out of my own way. I am on a jounery of taking healthy risk to fulfill my goals and dreams. One of the ways to get started is to get out of our comfort zone. We cannot stay in our comfort zone and expect new things to happen. We have to take the first step.
