The reality of figuring out a balance of living your life and grieving of love one is truly an ongoing process. I go over the 5 stages of grief, which are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. I express my experience of this through the death of my loving, cousin Erricka Barbosa. While recording this episode, I realized what I needed to do to keep myself going. Which is to be consistent, surround myself with people who are supportive and that can keep me accountable, and lastly show myself compassion. #NoRegretsJustLifeLessons
