In today's episode, I will be conducting autoethnography as a homework assignment for graduate school. Autoethnography involves using personal experiences to describe and critique cultural beliefs, practices, and experiences. Throughout this journey, I will be open and honest about my personal experiences, including feeling overly sexualized, judged for the color of my skin, and having to advocate for myself since childhood. Pain can be part of your healing process. Addressing your pain will be uncomfortable and challenging, but it's an important factor in your healing journey. Healing can be a ruff beautiful experience if we take the time to understand ourselves in a way that brings us healing. And part of that process is being honest with ourselves and getting to the root of our triggers. #NoRegretsJustLifeLessons

Emotional Intelligence can help us through our healing process. A part of healing is beginning able to identify our own emotions and feelings and healthily process them. Which will allow you to become aware of others' feelings and emotions. #NoRegretsJustLifeLessons

We cannot change what happened to us in the past and we cannot change what we might have experienced as children, but we are responsible for our healing.

Boundaries are not walls but limits that help you protect your mental,emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Boundaries limit how people have access to you, and boundaries teach others how to treat you. But when you're putting up walls, you're not setting boundaries. We live in a world where everyone is just going and going without actually being present in the moment. We are taught to be kind and helpful to others, but we forget to do it for ourselves.
