In the conclusion, we cover some serious categories like "Comeback Player" and "Player of the Year", but of course we can't help ourselves and also discuss "Guest Star of the Year", and "Player I'm Most Jealous Of". Members #416 - Jon Morley loves golf, and loves to compete. But he’s not committed enough to get to a championship level. So he and some friends came up with the Mediocre Golf Association in 2006. Since then he’s grown the program with chapters around the world, but been able to maintain their sense of irreverence intact. Their competitive season starts in March and you have the opportunity to join or create a chapter in your area. One chapter in Ireland only has 2 active members, so check out mgatour.com and start a chapter yourself!

Next up for Members Only, Jon joins us for Part2 of the conversation with more stories and reasons to join the Mediocre Golf Association.

#414 - The 1st of 2 episodes from courses in Kauai, Hawaii. Here we meet the Director of Golf from Poipu Bay Golf Course, Craig Sasada. From the “sunny, southern” part of Kauai, Poipu Bay GC hosted the PGA Grand Slam of Golf from 1997-2006. Here’s one of those great courses that fall in the category of courses from the Tour that is always fun to play but is also not as tough as courses that feature a Major, like Torrey Pines.

For Members Only #413 - In part2 of our conversation about the GolfBoard, we’re joined by co-founder and Technical Director Mike Radenbaugh. Host Fred Greene picks Mike’s brain about the board, motor, battery, wheels, speed, balance...you get the point.

The easy to ride electric GolfBoard makes getting from one shot to the next just as fun as hitting a great drive. The GolfBoard speeds up the game, is easy for everyone to ride, has less impact on a course than a golf cart, and allows golfers to surf the golf course in a way that feels similar to snowboarding, surfing or skateboarding.
