Hi everyone! In this episode, I open up about my struggles with anxiety, stress and trying to do things in my own strength rather than turning to God. Although I was always told that giving your anxieties and fears to God was easier than trying to figure them out yourself, I never found the courage to fully surrender those anxieties, worries, fears and plans for myself to God. It wasn’t until I faced a terrible anxiety attack that lasted for weeks that I finally decided to seek the Lord through it all to give me wisdom and strength to endure. I share my testimony about how I found the Lord through my anxiety attack and how I fully surrendered all of my plans, fears and worries to God. I also share some Bible verses, one of my journal entries and some notes from a recent devotional I read. I hope this episode finds you well and that my story can be a reminder of the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness toward us and how He wants to bring you through any hardships you may face!

Hi everyone! In this episode, I reflect on how much the Lord worked in my life in 2023 and helped prepare me for this next season of my life. I also talk about some of the goals I am going to focus on in 2024 and beyond, along with a few words I felt the Lord has put on my heart. Hi everyone! I recorded this episode about a month after first starting the podcast journey and found it hidden in my drafts, so I decided to share it since it was SUCH a good word! I love seeing how the Lord has helped me through my spiritual walk and podcast journey. In this episode, I share about the importance of letting go of your pride and truly surrendering everything and all your plans to the Lord. I also share about how hard it can be at first, but with the Lord’s strength, His truth and encouragement, it is possible to fully surrender your life to Him and to find true authority in Him to pursue the calling He has placed on your life!

In this episode, I share some of my story and testimony of how I came into a personal relationship with the Lord through what I had been through and experienced during my childhood and in unhealthy relationships. I share about how growing up in an unstable home environment and with divorced parents caused problems for me and how I sought to find acceptance through other people rather than in God. I talk about how the world encourages us to live a worldly live and how seeking acceptance in worldly things does not bring you satisfaction in the way that only a personal relationship with Jesus Christ can.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of stewarding your finances and God-given blessings, skills, talents, abilities and opportunities well rather than keeping them to yourself or being selfish. Giving to others and serving is easier said than done, but thanks to the Lord’s goodness and continuous reminders to serve His kingdom and love the people He’s places in our lives, we are given the strength and confidence through Him to give and serve freely and be good stewards of what He’s entrusted us with. Through our obedience to the Lord and dependence and reliance on Him, we are able to be good reflections of Jesus Christ in wherever He has placed us.

I talk about Matthew 25 and the Parable of the Talents and how we must be not only good and faithful servants of the Lord but also good stewards of our faith and everything He has entrusted us with, such as money, time, energy, etc. I open up about not spending my time and focus wisely in the past and how it led me astray and further away from the Lord.
