Have a "Never Give Up Activity".  Rowing is backwards so you can't see where you are going.  You can't see the future storms so just keep rowing in the present since it's the only thing that you can control.  Everyone must be in the same line, going in the same direction, at the same speed.

What defines your culture?  Define what matters to you.  State your mission, vision, and purpose so that you know your path or your way.  What are your core values, and clarify strategic priorities?  Know your why.

Handling questions vs handling objections.  There are no objections, only questions of inquiry?  It is our job to pique the interest of the PA.  If they ask questions or have objections those are interest questions.   How do we answer questions?  Are we in a fight or a relationship?

What is your strategy?  Everybody loves the home run.  It makes a huge splash and the payoff is financially rewarding.  The problem is that it takes a long time and it’s way more difficult than other types of hits.  The truth is that a bunt is a hit too and it’s easier and faster to build your average by getting singles and bunts.  Small businesses are great for practicing your pitch, building confidence and having more fun.
