She is passionate about helping people get the support that they need, and advocating for change in this space. Her treatment approach includes validation, education and collaborative problem solving; as well as practical strategies such as pacing, trigger management and appropriate movement. She is the co-founder of Connection Medicine Co., a company which provides further education and support in this space.
