You may remember in a previous episode, I talked dating and relationships with Dr. Andrea Liner, a clinical psychologist. It was a 1 on 1 interview. For today's episode, Dr. Liner is back, but two others are added to the conversation this time. Today's episode is an open, honest conversation about relationships and dating in the present day from multiple perspectives.
For today's episode, I wanted to change things up a bit. I have yet to sit down solo and just talk to everyone. So, today I'm pulling back the veil and talking about why I started this podcast and more importantly, my philosophy behind it. It's a quick listen. Give it a few minutes of your time.
For today’s episode, I sat down with England’s Dr. Fairoz Fayaz. She is a family physician with over 25 years experience in medicine. She stepped away from the hospitals to help more people in a direct, boots on ground initiative.
Her passion is to help her clients fight against chronic conditions and infections and she’s here to teach us a bit more about than we thought we knew.
Find her on Facebook by searching Fairoz Fayaz or on her website @ http://www.drfairozfayaz.com
For today's episode, I sat down with Beth Rondeau-Deacon. Beth has been teaching mathematics for nearly 30 years. Some of that time was spent teaching prisoners in a maximum security penitentiary. She has written about a book about these and more incredible experiences, titled, "7 Doors In." It has been a very successful read, currently optioned to be made into a feature film.
Today's episode is a throwback to a few months back. This was a conversation shortly after the election, during the fallout. Tyler and I shared our perspectives on the election, our government, the two-party system and what is causing the rapidly growing rift in our society. It's not a short convo, so I added links to important points in the episode. Also, the audio isn't the best here, but I still had to air it because the content was excellent. A blast from the past, but definitely worth a listen.
For today's episode, I sat down with Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Andrea Liner, to talk about dating and relationships in 2021. What makes a healthy relationship today? What are some red flags to watch out for? And how can we recognize certain patterns we find ourselves drawn to in relationships? All this and more are discussed. Give it a listen.
Today I sat down with family law expert, Dr. Barb Hughson to talk about divorce, particularly from a standpoint of what happens to children caught in the middle of it and how they are affected.
Today I sat down with Dietician Adrianne Delgado to talk health and wellness and to answer the question, how healthy are we really?

Today's episode is the conclusion of our two-part special about race in America in 2021. This episode will be much different than part one. This is a very different perspective on this difficult topic, which you will realize early on. I presented this topic in a two-parter to highlight these differences in opinion. Still, episodes like this are a big reason why I created this podcast. A place for us to have these difficult conversations and express what we think and feel honestly, without judgement.
Today's episode is the first of a two-part special about race in America in 2021. It's an honest conversation between two people of different backgrounds expressing where we are as a country concerning this sobering topic. Episodes like this are a big reason why I created this podcast. A place for us to have these difficult conversations and express what we think and feel honestly, without judgement.
