Hey Friends,

"Oh, please don't kill me, Mr. Ghostface, I wanna be in the sequel!"

We got the big sick a few weeks back and it wasn't fun. We're recovered and spending some time talking about almost all the horror content we watched this month. From Shudder's docuseries "Queer for Fear" to the second season of the foul mouthed doll's tv show "Chucky" listener beware, you're in for a scare!

Hey Friends,

"And like most legends, I’m assuming that’s based on some sort of patriarchal fear of female aging."

James Jamison joins us to watch Anne Fletcher's wickedly fun "Hocus Pocus 2" released this month. Was the reunion of everyone's mom's favorite witches worthy of the nearly 30 year wait?

Hey Friends,

"You won't need a stretcher up there, you need a mop."

We're visiting the house that Freddy built to kick off our Halloween season, and checking out Wes Craven's 1984 "A Nightmare on Elm Street". Sleep tight and don't let the OG sleep demon get ya!

Hey Friends,

"Wear a watch. Time is a precious thread in the fabric of the universe. It deserves its own tool of measurement"

You may be familiar with StarKid Production's "Holy Musical B@tman!" and "A Very Potter Musical" but we checked out 2018's "The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals" and enjoyed the unbridled chaos of a musical pandemic sweeping through the city of Hatchetfield.

Hey Friends,

"Well, good luck in the big city. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere, and if you can't make it here, welcome to the club."

2005's "Robots" has seen a resurgence of popularity lately so we decided to give it a rematch and see if Chris Wedge/Blue Sky Studios Animated film is the battle cry of the working class it's claimed to be. Spoiler alert, this movie was dangerously accurate to how capitalism sucks.

Hey Friends,

"I cheated at the game of life. And at The Game of Life."

We rolled the dice on directing duo John Francis Daley's and Jonathan Gold's  diet Clue tribute, "Game Night" for this weeks episode. Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams are having a blast but did we?

Hey Friends,

"What If I Told You That Today You'll Leave Here Different?"

We experienced Jordan Peele's third self written and directed horror/thriller "Nope" for this weeks episode. Did he nail the hat trick or did this not trilogy end the way most trilogies do?
