What does it mean to have a mindset practice? It literally is when we get our brains on our side! It means that you get to decide that everything is working, that you are enough, and that you get to do shit in a way that actually feels good for you. It's about not making yourself wrong, less than, or bad. It's about choosing to work from a place of readiness, instead of enoughness and bringing awareness to your thoughts. 

Instead of: What can I do to be better? How can I be better? What can I change about myself/my strategy/my life to be good enough/get to the next level/attract my dream clients/make more money??

Try: I am on my own timeline. I do things at the exact perfect time for me and I am always moving closer to my desires. I am deciding now that I am worthy and powerful and will show up like the boss bitch that I am. I am ready to make big shifts in my life and business and will start showing up as my authentic self. (or if you aren't ready- that's ok too! Don’t make it wrong. Own it, and feel the power of standing in your own truth!)

In today's episode I'm going to share how more often than not, we really DO have the power to reframe our negative thoughts into healthier ones. And not in a gross toxic positivity/bypassing way ya'll- but in a way that is actually helpful!

I don't actually have a "morning routine", does that surprise you? I've noticed that there's a lot of talk about morning routines on the internet and there is different shit on the to do list according to whoever is sharing. My clients often ask me what mine looks like and what theirs should look like....

1- you do not need a morning routine.

2- figure out whatever feels good for you to start your day- do that- and make yourself so so right.

Do you stop yourself from pursuing the things you wanna do because you think it needs to look a certain way? Or because you need to have everything set up beforehand... or know all of the technical shit BEFORE you start? WELL STOP IT! Seriously- you don't need absolutely anything except a serious belief in yourself (and even this can be borrowed) and maybe 1 client in order to start your biz, and get the ball rolling. 

So many of my clients have big dreams in their hearts, but can't seem to take even 1 step forward because they've been told that need to have XYZ in place first. I'm here to.... once again... debunk the shit out of that shit. I didn't have any of the fancy stuff backing me up when i launched and filled my first group program over the summer. In fact- I still don't, and I have now successfully filled 3 group programs and signed two 1:1 coaching clients. I don't have backend systems set up, I don't have a VA/OBM, shit I don't even have an INTRO for my podcast LOL... but i just keep doing the things. I keep launching the programs, I keep getting the clients, I keep recording the episodes, I just keep moving forward because I know that my WHY is bigger than anything else.

I believe so deeply that women deserve more & better for themselves, and I finally realized that my desire to mentor other women was way more important than my need to appear perfect. So I do it messy, and I then if I need to clean it up, I do! I stopped caring about what everyone else was doing, I protected my consumption (less scrolling ya'll!), and kept my eyes on my own path. I hired a coach who made me feel GOOD and RIGHT and helped me see how things can be simplified, while also giving me tons of permission to show up fully as myself and to rest as much as I wanted to.

Adding more and more and more to your plate will literally only lead to one thing.... burnout. Slowing down, zooming out, and coming back to YOU and your core values is what will allow you to not only sustainably scale your biz, but also enjoy it. When we look outside of ourselves for all of the answers- yea, shit is gonna get confusing! How can we know what's best for us when we aren't even listening to ourselves? If you absolutely HATE doing something- why keep doing it?? Did someone along the line tell you it was a necessity? Did you make up some story about why this miserable thing was going to lead to success? When we take the time to really look at what we're doing and why- we can turn UP the intention and turn DOWN the doing. 

Not everything is going to be your most favorite thing to do in biz, obviously i get that! And not everyone is in a place to delegate these tasks to others, but I do believe that if we are really tapped in to what we are doing and why, then we will have a much easier time deciphering what needs to get done and what actually doesn't.
