What does the bible say about mental illness and wellness?  How does the bible's approach contrast with Psychiatry?   The Gospel is sweet relief to those experiencing severe mental anguish and offers the deepest, most sustainable joys we can know.

The world is God's creation, which he graciously allows humans to rule over. How have our sins damaged the environment? Is God worried about the state of the planet? How can we glorify Him through the way we treat our surroundings?

The third of our 3 part series looking at Jesus as the ultimate prophet, priest, and king. All things were created by Jesus and for Jesus, he is the ultimate ruler and the true authority over our lives. It is important to understand that Jesus is the only ruler who is always good and his authority is always able to be implicitly trusted.

Jesus perfectly fulfils the roles of prophet, priest, and king. This week we look at Jesus as a priest and see that he is the final sacrifice who completely atones for our sin offering us freedom from guilt and shame when we put our lives in his hands.

Jesus fulfilled all of the major Jewish roles perfectly, Prophet, Priest, and King. As a prophet Jesus perfectly showed us the Father and he was and is the truth. We are also called as his followers to be bringers of the truth, the word of God.

In this amazing story, Jesus outlines where true wealth is found. Our choices with money, whether or not to be generous, whether or not to care for the poor, where to focus our time and energy will have eternal consequences.

Jesus gives us how we are to reach a world that doesn't know him. How can a Christian proclaim the Good News when it seems that we have no power as the world knows it? Jesus tells us to be Salt & Light.

It is good to know the biblical view of divorce and remarriage. Two things we know for sure, God has a high view of our marriage vows and also has incredible grace.

As disciples we are called to live a life that reflects Christ's life. Jesus was the ultimate steward of resources, in this passage Jesus challengers his disciples to steward their wealth faithfully.
