The government has released what it is calling a "comprehensive" and "ambitious" strategy to tackle climate change, but anyone wanting detail about the plans will have to wait. Climate Change Minister Simon Watts has outlined five pillars to the Government's climate strategy to both tackle it's impacts and prepare for future effects.
