6:40pm- While speaking with New York Times reporter Kara Swisher, Kamala Harris said she was the most qualified presidential candidate in U.S. history. Rich and Matt note that Thomas Jefferson was the principal author of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Virginia during the Revolutionary War, U.S. Minister to France, Secretary of State to George Washington, and Vice President to John Adams.
