2022 was a wild year from closing the boutique to personal ups and downs to, most importantly, taking time to discover a new path for myself. On that journey, I learned so many lessons, about myself and about the way I want to show up in the world, and I want to share some of them with you.

Today's podcast is another one for my fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners. If your Facebook page or Instagram account were hacked today and you lost EVERYTHING, how would you connect with your audience? I've seen it happen to another boutique owner in real-time. And the sad reality is you don't own those social media accounts, but thankfully you do own your email list!
Building your email list needs to be your priority. Gone are the days when we can rely only on social media to connect with our audience/customers/clients. In today's episode, I'm sharing my tips for building your email list plus my favorite email platform!

Do you often find yourself worrying about an outcome that hasn't happened yet? Stressing about the 'what ifs'? Same!
I was reading something recently that has really stuck with me. To paraphrase, it was along the lines of "If you allow yourself to worry about something that hasn't happened yet, you're allowing yourself to worry about it twice."
If something is out of your control, it doesn't need to take up space in the present. In today's short and sweet episode, I explain how to move past the 'what if' fear and uncertainty so you don't get stuck.

Hi guys! Today's episode is short and sweet, which is perfect because it's all about giving yourself permission to rest! It's taken me 10 years of running a business, but I finally realize allowing yourself to rest is actually setting yourself up for success!
In this episode, I explain why rest doesn't mean laziness, why your body and mind both need rest, and why "rest for me" sometimes is just sitting with a pen and paper and allowing my thoughts to wander. Plus, I share my secret to decluttering thoughts: Brain Dumping!

Welcome back to the podcast! I hope you're having a great summer so far. Today, I want to talk about social media strategy. This episode is going to be more towards my entrepreneurs, small business owners, or anyone who's looking to grow in the social media/online space.
I'll admit I have a love/hate relationship with social media. The hate part for obvious reasons, but the love part has really helped me take my business to the next level. So, I'm excited to share some of the strategies that have worked (and continue to work) for me. Grab an iced coffee, a notebook, and get ready to jot these steps down.

I have a special short little episode for my entrepreneurs, for my small business owners, for those of you who are thinking about starting a business. I had this on my heart and felt I had to share it with my fellow entrepreneurs.
Today, I'm talking about feeling aligned with your business. When you're in alignment, you'lI feel excited and passionate about your business. The opposite is true when you're out of alignment. To help you get aligned, I explain the difference between a headspace and heartspace decision, why you should lean into that gut feeling, plus the power of positive energy and intention.
