The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Rights of Communities has threatened to take municipalities to court if they do not reverse decisions to re use graves without tombstones. This after the eThekwini Municipality this week received numerous complaints from residents about strangers being buried on top of their loved ones without their consent.
