The beautiful Mathew Pullan agreed to talk with me on the Podcast and not only did I add another guest but I added a brother who's fight is now part of us all. He reminded me that inspiration starts from the doing in life and that we all have it within us to change what we do. We all need to be grateful for the friends and family we have but also we need to genuinely love each other on a regular basis. Mathew opens his heart to me on how he feels and he encourages everyone to keep moving forward no matter where we are in life. Mathew has set goals in life and I truly have faith he will get to these goals. I'd like to thank you yet again brother for being part of Green Sunrise.

Scottish Actor Bobby Robertson joins the chat on Facebook live and we discuss his career with royal mail and his how he got into acting. His passion for acting remains from when he had fall backs and his message to other actors or potential actors on not giving up. Bobby represents a guy who is just beautiful to the core and you can always tell from talking with another who they truly are. Thanks Bobby Robertson for you are Green Sunrise 💚🌅🌞

Long time friend Peter Walsh from Blackpool is a guy who is full of knowledge and on this episode he reminds me of why it's great to take that shot on the roller coaster. Ups and downs and all around this ride takes you from Rona lies🧐 to American pies 🍰 you will not want to miss this hour long Blackpool ghost ride👻 😆we discuss www.practicallawfuldissent.com and links to the Spanish flu & radiation turn on. 5G anyone 🤖👺. It's time for you to start asking instead of threating over the stuff you cannot do.

Xmas is a time for joy and celebration but is it really? How hard is Xmas going to be for you this year. Just turning up is enough and you need to understand that it's not what they say it is! You decide on the lot and you design all of this xx

So it's just another Sanctimonious Saturday. Taking the Plunge part 2 and being pleasently surprised about how beautiful my canvases turned out 💚Thank you to my future podcast guests. And thank you guys for making me do another Plunge into the waters of Loch Lomond 🥶🌌

This week's Podcast I talk about the benefits to not Overthinking and just going for it. I just went for it when it came to Taking The Plunge and meeting the organisers of this cold water exposure technique. Walking into a Loch In Scotland in late November is not my idea of fun, but this I will admit had me intrigued. Micheal Tonner & Vicky Murphy are the two people whom made my Saturday of this week life changing and truly life saving. To which I will be investigating more in the near future.
