This week's Podcast I talk about the benefits to not Overthinking and just going for it. I just went for it when it came to Taking The Plunge and meeting the organisers of this cold water exposure technique. Walking into a Loch In Scotland in late November is not my idea of fun, but this I will admit had me intrigued. Micheal Tonner & Vicky Murphy are the two people whom made my Saturday of this week life changing and truly life saving. To which I will be investigating more in the near future.

This is just my flip on relationships. No rule book to life or relationships so here are my mistakes you can hopefully take note from. Friends or loved ones what can you do to make both work.
