Louie Simmons, who recently passed, was an icon in the strength and powerlifting world who had tremendous influence on Coach Luke and GreenStrength. There are many strength techniques and tools you see today that were pioneered by Louie Simmons, like sled dragging, use of bands, and much more. He was a larger than life figure who produced some of the strongest humans to ever walk the earth.
