We talk about her accomplishments , degree and past and upcoming competitions as well as how we are doing in quarantine . It was a blast ! ✈️ 🥋 🚀

Today I spoke to Grip games creator , Eddie flowers all about diet and cutting weight , and competing against bigger people . We had a few technical difficulties so I apologize for that ! Eddie is a 3rd degree blue belt under Caio Terra and a world class competitor .

Charlie Gilpin is a Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley purple belt and an absolute savage in the competition scene . We both talk about some of our competition experiences , and some things we enjoy about it in general . He is also a world medalist and highly successful in the northwest. 🔥
