Advice on setting up a home gym. I have a weight tree but its too light now.
So I recently went back to a “CrossFit” style gym. They have been doing a lot of the sexy things- pistols, hspu, overhead squats. And now I know strength is strength and fitness is fitness. But I feel these things don’t play to my sport (ocr or trail running) specifically. So it’s been keeping me from going. Should I just go and keep it light and get a good workout in? (Obviously scaling and not having an ego) or should I abandon ship as it’s not fully if serving me? What do you think? Have a question you want answered? Email me at [email protected]
